Each nomination should include as much information as you can to describe the difference the staff member/team/volunteer has made.

Thinking out of the box
This award is for an individual or team who has undertaken something new or different; delivered innovation, reform, or found solutions against all the odds.
It may have improved services for patients, people who use our services, carers, partner organisations, departments, or colleagues within NHS Ayrshire & Arran or the three health and social care partnerships.
Your nomination should include a brief overview of how the staff member/team has thought outside the box and how the idea has made a difference.
How will the award winners be chosen?
