Raising the Profile of Volunteering – Breaking Down Barriers
This award recognises individuals who possess a unique perspective and innovative approach to breaking down barriers in traditional volunteering. This individual should have a strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity, with the ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas and strategies to enhance the volunteering experience.
Outstanding Staff Champion for Volunteers
This award goes to a supportive member of the organisation (outside of volunteer management) who has championed and embraced volunteers, and gone the extra mile to recognise the positive impact volunteers can make. This could be a nurse, physiotherapist, healthcare assistant, or any colleague who has made a special effort to welcome and support volunteers.
Quality Improvement Lead Award – Improving Patient Experience
This award is selected by the Quality Improvement Lead for the Patient Experience Team. Volunteer Manager of the Year
This award recognises the commitment and dedication of an outstanding member of staff.
